The one difference here is that we're not generally planning on merging
anything that's not mainline-bound.  If you see stuff in there that you
find reprehensible, please speak up, because it is probably headed to a
mailing list near you with an [RFC] sometime in the near future. :)

Think of it like a little sandbox we can play with before things hit
-mm.
