Hi!

We are currently building a script collection to automatically build templates for different Linux distros. We are planning to use "OpenVZ" as part of the name of our script collection. Does anyone know if this could be problematic (legally)? Is "OpenVZ" a protected trademark? We could not find an answer in the Wiki. Our collection will of course also be released as opensource.

Thanks,
Jan

I guess, feel free to use it in the name, OpenVZ is not trademarked nor protected.
