Vzdump is a great util - we use it daily.

I'd like the contents of my VEs untarred though. If I just write a script to manually shut off the VE, copy it's contents somewhere, then restart it - is that the same thing vzdump is doing or is it doing something more clever that I might want to capitalize on?

Thanks!

Jon
