I didn't see this in the FAQ (surprisingly)...

What is the difference and/or relationship of OpenVZ and Virtuozzo?

Hi,

It's similar to the relationship between Fedora and RedHat. OVZ being the
testbed for new technologies for more advanced users, and VZ being the
commercial, stable product with all the frills including full support and
additional tools.
