Problem with YUM [message #51120]

Hi,

when i try to update yum, get this:

CRITICAL:yum.cli:Config Error: Error accessing file for config file:///etc/yum/ip-exclude

What can be the error?

well, i create the file and yum works.

"touch /etc/yum/ip-exclude"

yum update.
