We have a pretty new network infrastructure.. and i need to get my openvz hosts to work with it..
As configured we have
- default dropped
- vlan 730 = direct internet and SSH
- vlan 722 = iscsi

On the HN I have configured
eth0 = dummy
eth0.730 = internet
eth0.722 = iscsi
eth1 = dummy
eth1.722 = iscsi
eth2 = dummy
eth2.722 = iscsi
eth3 = dummy
eth3.722 = iscsi
venet0

Normally the Venet uses eth0 to talk to the outside world in this case it needs to be eth0.730. I can't use bridging because if i do that i can not ssh to the HN anymore. any suggestions ?

I use Debian 6, kernel: 2.6.32-5-openvz-amd64, vzctl 3.0.24
