I'm trying to create a VM not in a virtual machine (physical server)

# cat /etc/virtuozzo-release
OpenVZ release 7.0.7 (288)

# prlctl create vm1 --distribution centos7 --vmtype vm
Creating the virtual machine...
Generate the VM configuration for centos7.
Failed to register the VM: PRL_ERR_VM_UNABLE_GET_GUEST_CPU
Failed to create the virtual machine.

Reply was provided here: https://bugs.openvz.org/browse/OVZ-6996

Log analysis gives that:
2018-02-20 10:59:59.029+0000: 523306: error : virNetClientProgramDispatchError:177 : Unable to open /dev/kvm: No such file or directory

KVM module is not loaded. The reason is that virtualization is disabled in BIOS.

[ 16.043472] kvm: disabled by bios

Pls also note, that HW seems broken. Kernel log is full of MCE

[305933.291359] mce: [Hardware Error]: Machine check events logged
