Hi,
don't use ct id 1, it is recommended to use id from 100.
please report distribution, kernel, vzctl and ploop versions.
what filesystem is in /vz?
can you test with command line vzctl?

Distribution : centos 6.4
Kernel 2.6.32-042stabb083.2 on an x86_64
the vzctl version: vzctl-core-4.6.1-1.x86_64
vzctl-4.6.1-1.x86_64

i don't know what the ploot version is.
the file system for the /vz is ext4
my server console is now showing a strange error it doesn't seam to effect anything though. I've added an image to the post.

looking to screenshot I would recommend to check your hard disks and cables. maybe other hardware problems.
