I'm seeing this happen lately. Not sure what changed that is causing it:

File system switches to read only. I'm still investigating.

I have suspicion that this is about failing hard disk or raid controller.

Hello, mperkel!

Could you send output of following commands (you can repalce /dev/sda by your actual device names):
smartctl --all /dev/sda
smartctl --all /dev/sdb


I tought it's a problems with sata cables or disk entirely.
