Has anyone been able to get quotas working with cPanel yet?

root@ [/]# /scripts/fixquotas
Installing Default Quota Databases......Done
Linux Quota Support
Quotas are now on
No filesystems with quota detected.
No filesystems with quota detected.
No filesystems with quota detected.
