For tuning the parameters I restart OpenVZ through:

# /etc/init.d/vz stop
(wait ten seconds)
# /etc/init.d/vz start

Today I saw that for one of the VE's, the counters were the same. So I did a stop and after 10 seconds did a

# cat /proc/user_beancounters

For al the VE's they were gone, except for the one with the strange behaviour. Even after a minute, the cat still gave the old bean_counters. I don't think this is normal? I noticed that the failcnt of lockedpages was reached, and that didn't happen the last week in all the VE's. Has that something to do with it?
