I can not stop container inside The open vz it's starting automatically immediately.

here is the output when i'm trying stopping the container
/usr/sbin/vzctl stop 33392
Stopping container ...
Container was stopped
Container is unmounted


it seems that everything is good but container is still running

nothing strange is even in logs

why does its starting itself ?
