everyday at 12am AEST VPSID 470 stops and the NPROC drops to 1, [message #32986]

as the title says, everday at exactly 12:00am on the dot, VPSID 470 stops, well it doesnt stop, but like looses connection, and NPROC for that ID drops to 1, from about 130 - 150 ish

and when i run vzctl stop 470 it times out a few times, before it will process this command,

any ideas?
