CentOS 5
[root@app-2 ~]# uname -a
Linux app-2.xxx 2.6.18-53.el5.028stab051.1 #1 SMP Fri Nov 30 02:52:22 MSK 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

2*quad cpu, 16gb ram,
no other processes


[root@app-2 ~]# sudo /etc/init.d/vz stop
Shutting down VE 100
Shutting down VE 200
Shutting down VE 201
Turn quota off for VE 202vzquota : (error) Quota off syscal[FAILED] 202: Device or resource busy
Turn quota off for VE 201vzquota : (error) Quota off syscal[FAILED] 201: Device or resource busy
Turn quota off for VE 100vzquota : (error) Quota off syscal[FAILED] 100: Device or resource busy
Bringing down interface venet0: [ OK ]
Stopping OpenVZ: [ OK ]
[root@app-2 ~]# sudo /etc/init.d/vz start
Starting OpenVZ: [ OK ]
Bringing up interface venet0: [ OK ]
Configuring interface venet0: [ OK ]
[root@app-2 ~]# sudo /etc/init.d/vz stop

Turn quota off for VE 201vzquota : (error) Quota off syscal[FAILED] 201: Device or resource busy
