Hi,

I'm not sure that it is helps you, because a have no knowledges about Xvfb Embarassed

, but try to define the path of the directory containing the fonts manually with -fp option. I mean following:

#export DISPLAY=:1.0
#Xvfb :1 -fp /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc -screen 0 800x600x16 &
