vzmemcheck results interpretation [message #16388]

Hi all,
how do you interpret "vzmemcheck" results?
for example , since vzmemcheck -A shows the results in % , is it normal for the summary of all VE's Alloc limit to be greater than 100 ?
I think the summary of all columns should be less than 100%,is this correct? what about each row, is there any acceptable range for each of the VE's utility or commitment values?
