FC5 Template no yum/make [message #11061]

I have used yum install vztmpl-fedora-core-5 and then vzpkgcache fedora-core-5 to get the FC5 template but after creating a VM with it, there is no yum or any compiler (command make is not found) included. How can I can about adding these?
