I am using "rpmbuild -ba rpm.spec" to build the rpms (I realize there's no need to use the "a" option since I already have the source, but anyway), however it keeps failing. Looking at the spec file it appears to have several compiles of the same code with different versions of python. At this point I'm under the impression that I am missing an option or two. If build results are needed, let me know and I can post them as well.
