Hi there, I am a brand new openvz user. I just installed openvz onto centos 4.4, and created my first VE. All looks good. I installed yum into the VE and was going to start installing various components. I noticed that there was a bunch of stuff in the install (by default) when i created the VE. Things like apache, bind, openldap, etc. Is there a way to modify which software is installed by default in a new VE? I want to keep it to a complete minimum - then install in what I need. I suspect that maybe my template is not a minimum as I "thought" it would be.

I had run:
$ yum install vztmpl-centos-4.i386
$ vzpkgcache

So I guess to cut to the point - can I modify or minimize what is installed by default into a new VE?

Thanks!!

Dnk
