Hi,

I have Ubuntu Edgy Eft installed on a VPS. I upgraded it from 6.06 (Dapper Drake).

For some reason, networking is not started upon startup. It has to be manually started. I saw another thread about this issue from a few months ago which suggested adding /sbin/ifup -a to the rc.local file, which I did. It's still not started upon startup.

The VPS host machine is a Core 2 Duo running OpenVZ.

Thank you in advance,
