hello all

this is the error:

[root@xxx private]# vzctl create 002 --ostemplate debian-3.1-i386-minimal
Unable to get full ostemplate name for debian-3.1-i386-minimal
Creating VE private area (debian-3.1-i386-minimal)
vzquota : (error) Quota on syscall for 2: File exists
vzquota on failed [3]
vzquota : (error) Quota is not running for id 2
Performing postcreate actions
VE private area was created
[root@xxx private]#

what's happen?
