I believe I set this machine up the same as the other machine I did that works just fine, however I get errors when I attempt to create a VPS.

[root@ds00209 ~]# vzctl create 101 --ostemplate centos-4-minimal
Creating VPS private area: /vz/private/101
vzquota : (error) Quota on syscall for 101: File exists
vzquota on failed [3]
vzquota : (error) Quota is not running for id 101
Performing postcreate actions
VPS private area was created
[root@ds00209 ~]#

and start a VPS

[root@ds00209 ~]# vzctl start 101
Starting VPS ...
vzquota : (error) Quota on syscall for 101: File exists
vzquota on failed [3]
[root@ds00209 ~]#
