Hello,

i was said this is not CentOS issue and that it is related to OpenVZ kernel, so i am posting in this forum.

I am having CentOS 6.9 64bit, kernel 2.6.32-042stab123.9

# lvreduce --size 45G /dev/vg/thin_pool
Thin pool volumes cannot be reduced in size yet.
Run `lvreduce --help' for more information.

- Please if/when is expected the thin pool volumes will be able to be decreased in size?
- Is there any webpage dedicated to development of this feature?
- Is there any workaround in the meantime to decrease the size without data loss and preferably without moving all the data away out of volume?

Thank You
