Sorry if this has been asked 1000 times, but here it goes.

I don't know how to install OpenVZ on Ubuntu 12.04

I tried the link in the OpenVZ wiki "Install OpenVZ with RPM on Ubuntu 10.04"

It said my kernel can't work with OpenVZ?

I don't know which one you need so, here's both?(Kernel version)

root@vps1:/home/vps1# uname -v
#46-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 27 17:25:43 UTC 2012
root@vps1:/home/vps1# uname -r
3.2.0-29-generic-pae
