Hello,

i have 2 hardwarenodes, where CentOS 6.2 is running on
both machines. Kernel: 2.6.32-042stab057.1
I installed on both machines openvz and created the
containers.
Both HWnodes have a /64 IPv6 network.

On HWNode 1 there are only a limited number of IPv4 adresses,
on HWnode 2 there are some more usable IPv4 adresses.
As HWnode2 has a slower CPU, less HDD, ... i would like to
use some of the (public) IPv4 adresses routed to HWnode2 on
VPS of HWnode1.

I first thought about using openvpn, but it seems support
for IPv6 as endpoints seems not to be working.

Then i thought about using
ip -6 tunnel add ip6tnl1 mode ip4ip6 remote 2b01:4b8:120:5345::220
local 2002:1408:17:1::1
but it failed with
ioctl: No such device

Am i on the wrong lane ?
Would you go another way ?
Probably someone already has setup something like this ?

Thanks Torsten
