rsync mirrors [message #44752]

I'm trying to setup a local mirror for internal use.
I've checked all the sites in the mirror list saying rsync is available and they all list for centos 6 2.6.32/current/kernel-2.6.32-feoktistov
but current according to http site is vzkernel-2.6.32-042stab044.11.

Why is it the rsync mirrors don't seem to be up to date?
Had similar problem with rsync from openvz.org and centos5 kernel.
