Hello. As suggested, I've upgraded my kernels to stab035.
Now the problem with online migration is:

root@desktop:~# vzmigrate -r no --keep-dst --online -v 192.168.5.200 2000

so it seems I have a different kind of problem now.
tun device has been loaded on both the HNs.
Any suggestion?
