Hey all, long time user, first time poster.

I was considering using Ploop over NFS over glusterFS to achieve High Availability.

Has any one tried this? Would there be any issues with file locking when fail over occurs ?

This is what I was planning;

ZFS -> GlusterFS Server -> (GlusterFS Client -> NFS -> OpenVZ Host, this is running on the same host)

I was looking to have the glusterfs client exporting itself locally to nfs to the openvz host could mount the filesystem to enable snapshots and live migrations.

TIA
R.
