Facing problems with my openvz installtion, followed the quick install guide on centos 6.5, I have installed the OpenVZ web panel and it doesnt show me any physical server, if I add one, it doesn't let me download the OS.
Also, if I reboot the server, it gets stuck and doesn't come back live.

We're using a fortigate firewall behind the server, are ther any specif rules which needs to be added?

So, what do you see in your log files at the time of the reboot? Any errors? What do you need to do to have your server properly boot again, hard reset?
As for the "OpenVZ web panel" issues, that's a 3rd party software with a name that often causes confusion. You should contact them for support.
