Hi folks,

Was playing around with ImageMagic and decided to create custom splash image with OpenVZ log from artwork Wiki page.

Basically, just resized and used convert tool from ImageMagic RPM:
~# convert -colors 16 openvzlogo.png splash.xpm
~# gzip splash.xpm
~# cp splash.xpm.gz /boot/grub/

Also I guess you need to use -colors 14, since grub documentation says it should be a palette with 14 colors.
