Hi,

I have used in the past the file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-venet0 to create static routes with the correct source IP address for cases where a container has both a public and private IP address.

However in recent versions of vzctl it has now started removing that file.

How do you add static routes using a particular source IP address now?

Thanks Sad

The correct thing to do would be to support netmasks in venet IPs -- this is a subject of opened bug in bugzilla, but still not implemented.

As for removing route-venet0, please file a bug to http://bugzilla.openvz.org/. It was added by commit 25c14e96 and should probably be reverted.

Wow you folks have fixed the bug already and it will be in next vzctl release. Good work, thanks again!
