Has anyone here ever gotten the following error when using wget to download something?

Resolving download1.fileserver.net... failed: Temporary failure in name resolution.

I think it's a dns problem.
You just have to modify in your /etc/vz/xxx.conf and write
NAMESERVER dnsip

that's all i've done, and it works perfectly.

Thanks for pointing out my idiocracy. Oh my god. It turns out that the dnsip was the wrong one due to a typo. These mistakes make me feel pretty lame lol
