I've had some issues configuring openvz the way I wanted because there are so many options and almost none of them is set by default.

It would be nice to have the chance to tell the sistem how much memory + swap you have, how many cpus you have (single core, dual core, quad core..) how much you want for the container (or how many containers you want) and it tells you some optimal configuration for vz.

It would be also good if possible to tell if it'll be a cpanel server (the memory base would be higher), or if it's gonna be used with a firewall (more numiptent needed), if it'll work as a gaming station (more cpu and memory needed)... etc.

vzsplit is a starting point then use your own judgement on how much hardware resources to give each CT
