we upgraded the kernel and one cpanel vps is not reading quotas.

#uname -a
2.6.9-023stab044.4-enterprise #1 SMP Mon May 28 23:32:20 MSD 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

When we run
/scripts/fixquotas in the cpanel it gives


edquota: Can't initialize quota on /dev/simfs: No such process
No filesystems with quota detected.

can anyone suggest.
