Cpanel files get lost [message #30091]

Hello,

We have very strange issue please verify it and update us if any thing to do from our end.

1)we did create new vm and installed cpanel
2)when we check vps after 2 days we are unable to see cpanel files on this VM.
we are able to see lxlab scripts, does it happen due to someone installed lxlab?

Looks like kernel problem because we faced simliar problem in cpanel. In our case quota was the issue.
Whats your openvz kernel and Cpanel version?
You asked cpanel for help?
