I installed openvz after rebooting into openvz kernel, for ifconfig i got result as

i created a new container with same netmask, now i can access the CE from HW but i can't access from other system what to do next plz tell me, i like to do VENET

Please be more specific about what means cant access.
What is the ip of the CE
what did You try.
Fist You can use only vzctl enter 101 (if your CE is 101 or what number he have)
Second can You ping from HN (Hard Node) to VE (Virtual Enviroment) lol I like to use this notation.
