Kernel 2.6.24 no UDP Ports opens [message #28726]

Hi,
I am running a 2.6.24 Vanilla Kernel with the OpenVZ Patch.
If start on the VE asterisk the sip-module is unable to create
the udp 5060 port.
On the same host with a 2.6.18 and OpenVZ it works in the VE.

Any Idea? Did I miss a kernel configuration?

Please, file bug in bugzilla with
a) exact version of OpenVZ patch
b) .config
c) strace of this "sip-module" where it's failing

Meanwhile I'll try to reproduce it.
