Hi everyone,
sorry for bugging you again, but I´ve a weird problem - once more.
I just virtualized a fedora 3 machine running amavisd-new and I cannot get the service fully running now.
/etc/init.d/amavisd-new status -->
amavis-milter is stopped
amavisd is stopped
amavisd-new is stopped
so far...so good.
/etc/init.d/amavisd-new start -->
Starting amavis-multer: OK
Starting amavisd-new: OK
However checking the status of amavisd-new reveals, that only amavis-milter is running.
Is there something I need to consider?
Other services as for example sshd, spamassassin etc. run smoothly.

PS: The original physical machine has no problems. All services - required - run.
