hello,
excuse me, i ave server with 1 gb ram , p4 2.8 ghz cpu , i installed open vz on it,
i want to create a vps with 384 mb ram max 512 , 30 gb space , 300 gb bw , and 300 mgz cpu max 400 ghz ,
i enter this commands , are there true? also how can i limit bandwidth ?:

vzctl create 1 --ostemplate centos-4-minimal
vzctl set 1 --onboot yes --save
vzctl set 1 --hostname server.mihanpars.com --save
vzctl set 1 --ipadd 76.164.192.83 --save
vzctl set 1 --nameserver 4.2.2.1 --save
vzctl start 1
vzctl exec 1 service sshd start
vzctl set 1 --userpasswd root:test
vzyum 1 install wget
vzyum 1 install yum
vzyum 1 install perl
vzctl set 1 --diskspace 31457280:31981568 --save
vzctl set 1 --diskinodes 200000:220000 --save
vzctl set 1 --quotatime 1000 --save
vzctl set 1 --cpuunits 14725 --cpulimit 13 --save
vzctl set 1 --kmemsize 2211840:2359296 --save
vzctl set 1 --oomguarpages 196608 --save
vzctl set 1 --vmguarpages 98304:131072 --save

i dont know how to limit bandwidth plz help me, are these command that i enter true?

after that i installed cpanel on vps 1 :
cd /
cd home
wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/latest
sh latest

after a long time cpanel installed but it doesnt work (see 76.164.192.83 ), i dont know what i should do,

please help me

First, I think you can't use 1 as a VE number. I think all numbers below 100 are reserved. See the doc.
