I read up on kmemsize but I still don't quite get the limits of it and what would be too much for my system.

I currently run the VPS's on Quad-Core 8GB RAM machines, I was using a limit of 6400000 per 128MB, but I noticed some 384MB systems would be using up to 50000000 while others remain comfortable at 19200000 (the normal limit for me).

So my question, if I do allow these users to use lets say 50000000 would it decrease the performance of my server? How much do I have to give away before I will notice issues?

Anyone have any ideas about this?

I guess my main question would be, is it possible to just set a 999999999 limit for all users and have my system run fine or would I run into issues?

To let you know my current memory statistics, my most packed node still has 2GB of free RAM (not including SWAP) so from my understanding it shouldn't be a problem but I just wanted to hear your opinions.
