Is it possible to mount an unmounted vps into another vps like the repair function in Virtuozzo.

I have no ideas at the moment.

Yes, you can. For example like this (on the host):
mount -o bind /test/ /vz/root/101/test/

The problem is that you need to unmount it before you shut down your vps.
