I really want to get PPTP configured in my centos5 VE so I can tunnel my internet traffic through the VPN.

I have had one hell of a time figuring out how to get poptop to work inside an openvz venet vps.

Any help would be appreciated

Why dont you use OpenVPN (www.openvpn.net)

All you need to do is enable TUN.

Because we want to use PPTP, OpenVPN requires a client, windows already natively supports PPTP

I am using Redhat enterprise linux 5 as my hardware node and centos5 in the vps if that helps.

This is very important that I get PPTP figured out, does anyone know?
