Hi everybody,

I just installed openvz and it works really great with the predefined templates. BUT: How can I create my own templates, so that I can install e.g. SuSE Linux Enterprise Server or OpenSuSE 10?

Can anybody help me? "Commercial" help also welcomed!

Thanks a lot.

OpenSuSE 10 template is available from http://download.openvz.org/template/precreated/beta/

The only problem with it as it requires CONFIG_VE_SYSFS option turned on, which is off by default, so you'll need to recompile the kernel to get it working. We will solve the problem with the future releases of kernel and vzctl (this option will be per-VPS).

Also, there is a thread somethere on this forum -- a guy claims he created some SuSE template, and will create more soon. Try to search the forum! Wink
