Trying to install the new kernel that was released today, been running openvz for a bit, but its failing upon dependencies.

error: Failed dependencies:
vzkernel-install is needed by ovzkernel-2.6.8-022stab061.1.i686

I've installed several upgraded kernel's in the past, I must be blind as I can't find what they are referring to.

I'm not 100% that this will solve your troubles but I had the same problem with the SMP kernel. I asked on the mail list and they said they would re-upload the files ASAP. I received a reply that the kernels had been uploaded again. Give a try to redownloading and installing the new file.
