Hi there again,

It is getting increasingly important to run snap (https://snapcraft.io/) in production, there is now only official way to use certbot for example via snap... When using openVZ with snap i get this message:

# snap install core

system does not fully support snapd: cannot mount squashfs image using "squashfs": mount: /tmp/sanity-squashfs-839615946: failed to setup loop device: No such file or directory

i tried adding squashfs and loop modules on dom0 and restarted everything, but from what i have read, loop devices are not supported on OpenVZ, so now i get loop and squashfs modules inside container but it stil gives the same message.

so is there any solution/workaround to runing snap on OpenVZ?

Thank you
