Could you please provide the steps to migrate virtuazzo container to openvz one. Tried many steps not working as expected.

Please post more info, from which virtuozzo are you try to convert to OpenVZ version?
Actually two version on OpenVZ are exist openvz-legacy or Virtuozzo Beta.
