Hi all

We have a VE server contains this openvz kernel:

[root ~]# uname -a
Linux 2.6.18-164.15.1.el5.028stab068.9 #1 SMP Tue Mar 30 18:07:38 MSD 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
[root ~]#

This node is running CentOS 5.4
The problem is that one of the VM inside this node have upgraded to CentOS 5.11 recently.
The problem started as the VM's quota is not running correctly.
Cpanel complains it cannot detect quota file

root@VM [/]# /scripts/fixquotas
Installing Default Quota Databases......Done
Quota Mode: Linux
journaled quota support: not available with vzaquota (disabled)
Quotas have been enabled, however they may not be up to date as quotacheck has been skipped.
Reading package PlanA
Resetting quota for user1 to 3100 M
No filesystems with quota detected.
.
.
.

Things have done so far but still cannot make it works...
set QUOTAUGIDLIMIT 10000 ....
vzctl stop ID
vzquota drop ID
vzquota -h
vzquota init ID
vzquota off ID
vzquota on ID

We have almost tried every method we have found on the internet but still failed, even we are seeing it "Initializing Quota" and waited for a long time, the VM quota still failed

Am i hitting a bug?

Thanks for your help
