yum update kernel error [message #52199]

Hi
I have some servers running CentOS 6.7 + SolusVM, installed from OVH panel.
Actually I am using
Linux 2.6.32-042stab108.8 #1 SMP Wed Jul 22 17:23:23 MSK 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

This week I tried update linux and received 2 updates:

BUT, when try install, I receive conflict errors from actual kernel.

I have another servers with online vzkernel + owp, and they were updates normally... but, all using solusvm, I cant update...

How to solve this ?
