I am new into the virtualisation and i was wondering how i can setup my containers. I have a Dell 1950 Gen3 with 2 quad core processors and 32GB of RAM and would like to have 15 VPS containers with each 2GB of RAM. How can i divide the CPU cores that they all receive the same "power"?

I have CPU units, number of CPU's and CPU limit.

How can i give each VPS the best piece of CPU? Hope you can help me with this.

Try using

vzctl set <CTID> --RAM nnnn --save

Also, do a web search search for OpenVZ and Resource_shortage
