Anybody seeing any weird issues with the 2.6.32-042stab088.4 kernel?

We have a node that we set to run this kernel, when it does, after about an hour of uptime we get errors on the console:

3746.997875 BUG: soft lockup - CPU#14 stuck for 67s! [sh:71578]
3746.997803 BUG: soft lockup - CPU#13 stuck for 67s! [python:16654]
.
.
.

and the server locks up. Nothing seems to be reported in the system logs.

When I boot back into the previous kernel - 2.6.32-042stab085.20 - everything works fine.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing these issues with 2.6.32-042stab088.4.
